About Turt's Maze Craze
Turt's Maze Craze is a new addition to the Turt's series. After a couple years of just having Turt's Puzzle Blocks out things had really slowed down at www.turt99.com. However in hopes of bringing more traffic and making the site more interesting production on a new game has been put into high speed.

Turt's Maze Craze really started out as a stepping stone for a future RPG/Adventure style game. The idea was to just make a puzzle game following the basic game of Sokoban (for more information on what Sokoban is please check below in the About Sokoban section) But once the development and design started it was easy to add different game modes to the game so Its grown from a Sokoban game to a fully featured Puzzle Maze game.

For more information on different types of puzzles you'll find in Turt's Maze Craze take a look at the gameplay section of Turt's Maze Craze.

About Sokoban
Sokoban is a famous puzzle game invented in Japan, Turt's Sokoban will be based on the original game.

The word "Sokoban" means "warehouse keeper" in Japanese. Rules of Sokoban are very simple. Imagine yourself a warehouse keeper. You must push boxes in a crowded warehouse to their correct positions with a minimal number of moves. Boxes can only be pushed, never pulled. You can push only one box at a time. Sometimes a box may get into unrecoverable position, for example into a corner. In this case the game is lost and you must start the level over again.

Turt's Sokoban will come with 20 different levels of play to begin with, this should keep the average player busy for a while, but for someone that really wants to play for hours, I will create a system that will allow players to download, and even create their own levels for use in Turt's Sokoban. There is a specific file format that is used for Sokoban Levels around the internet and I will use this format to maximize the amount of available levels for download.

More rules and examples will be found in the Game Play section later.
